Apex Climate Systems LLC provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and related services in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

4. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due upon completion of service unless financing has been arranged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5. Warranty
All labor is warranted for 30 days from service date. Parts carry manufacturer warranties. Our satisfaction guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship.
6. Limitation of Liability
Apex Climate Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
